It's very common to ride a bike in Japan.Even in the big & crowded city like Tokyo.
My friend, Naho, told me once that she used to ride a bike to the office if the weather OK.
But, somehow, it's nice weather in the morning, but raining at evening.
So, she has to leave her bike & take metro, and keep wondering if her bike is still park in where she left it...hehehe...
